Experience stress-free setup with SnapSound's user-friendly process. Scan the provided QR code and follow simple instructions to get your sound system up and running. Our goal is to make the setup hassle-free so that you can focus on hosting an unforgettable event.

  • SnapSound is perfect for a variety of events, including birthdays, weddings, graduations, office parties, and private celebrations. Our sound solutions are designed to enhance the ambiance of any small to medium-sized gathering.

  • SnapSound is easy to use! Simply book your desired package, pick it up at the designated location, follow the setup instructions using the provided QR code, and host your unforgettable event. Return the equipment hassle-free after your celebration.

  • The exact pickup location will be emailed to you after booking, however it is within 5 miles of the heart of Clemson, SC. 

  • For an additional cost and based solely on availability, you can select a drop-off and setup option upon checkout.

  • Absolutely! SnapSound allows you to connect your device seamlessly via Bluetooth or with a provided "aux cord". In scenarios where you are using both music and a wireless mic, we've found that reliability significantly improves when connecting music directly, so that is recommended.

    If you have professional gear with XLR outputs, you also can use the provided XLR transmitter/receiver to connect to your speaker.

  • SnapSound's speakers have an extended battery life of up to 12 hours, ensuring continuous playtime throughout your event. The versatile microphone offers 5 hours of wireless runtime.

  • Yes you can! However, for a reliable connection, it is not recommended to use both the microphone and bluetooth music simultaneously. Instead, connect the provided "aux cord"  for stable performance when using the wireless microphone.

  • In the event that your SnapSound system is damaged during your event, please inform us as soon as possible.

    Normal wear-and-tear is expected and we know that technology will fail. 

    However, should we determine that negligence or abuse to the equipment was present you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements.

    We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

  • Don't worry! SnapSound provides easy-to-follow setup instructions through a QR code. There is also a troubleshooting section as well! In case you encounter further issues, our you can reach out to our support team. We reccomend getting things setup and working prior to your event.
